Authentic Life

If life is worth living, then it's worth living well. That requires clear thinking, responding well to emotions, and making good choices. None of these requirements are easy all of the time (most of the time actually), but with consistency in living well the suffering involved usually lasts only temporarily. Even more, the sacrifice of legitimate suffering pales in comparison to the joy and fulfillment that come with truly living well. A happy and healthy life is quite likely when people genuinely follow their heart, are open to insight, and choose things that will help them grow into more whole (holy?) people.

I believe life is worth living well.
